COPI Group is a development company based out of Copenhagen, Denmark. Our portfolio spans renovation of heritage buildings, new builds and student housing.
2017 saw the completion of 17 projects totalling 69´100 sq metres of construction including, the renovation of Copenhagen’s last palace - Holsteins Palace; a new build “New York loft style” apartment complex, and student housing. Our portfolio since 2003 has purchased and sold for DKK 1.4 bln.

At COPI Group we are specialized in investing and developing classical – often heritage protected – central Copenhagen properties, and converting these from commercial to residential. Such developments require the creation of custom made fittings such as: door handles, paneling, historical paint colours and kitchens for these historical buildings.
